We are a simple homestay in Pune offering a homely experience, not a luxury star-rated hotel. If you want a luxurious hotel experience, our homestay may not meet your expectations. Our homestay is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood. Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited to ensure a pleasant stay for all.

  • Please bring "HARD COPIES" of all guests' IDs. Digital forms or IDs on mobile or via email are not accepted.
  • This property has a private entrance with independent access.
  • The owner resides on the ground floor and all rooms are located on the first floor with independent access.
  • Check-in time is 12:30 pm and checkout time is 10:00 am.
  • Early check-in (₹300 to ₹600) is subject to availability. Please confirm on your check-in day.
  • All rooms are equipped with 32-inch smart LED TV.
  • No private parking is available; you will need to park your vehicle on the roadside at your own risk.
  • Each room is available with both AC & non-AC options.
